Dear Lamborghini Dealer,
Service Campaigns are meant to maintain a high quality level of the product.
Therefore, we have enclosed the necessary instructions in order to carry out the above mentioned Service Campaign.
Please perform the indicated operations whenever one of vehicles listed below is at your dealership for service.
Description:
The Accessory Drive Belt could develop excessive wear because of pulley misalignment.

Technical information:
The action refers to Murciélago having the chassis numbers listed above.
- Solution A)
Replacement of the Transmission Idle Pulley and the Drive Belt Tensioner Pulley with new components. Please proceed to replace the above mentioned pulleys as explained in the attached procedure : L147.A-3.03.procedure.
- Solution B)
Replacement of the Transmission Idle Pulley, the Drive Belt Tensioner Pulley, and the Power Steering Pump in cases where the drive belt has broken. The power steering pump replacement, procedure L147.A-06.03.procedure, is needed in order to avoid any foreign material that may have become embedded in the power steering pump assembly.
