Model / VIN-Range
Gallardo Model Year 08 (Coupè, Spyder and Superleggera) VIN-Range: from 8LA04825 to 8LA07525.
Attention: As not all cars from this VIN range are affected, please carefully check on the Lamborghini Web-portal to verify the VIN-Information and if the vehicle is affected by this Service Campaign before the start of any updating.
Information to the field
As a result of company’s continuous product monitoring, Automobili Lamborghini S.p.A. has found that the throttle body ECU (ETB) could cause a decrease in engine power reducing vehicle speed about 60 km/h (35 mph) and reducing comfort.
In order to guarantee customer satisfaction, the affected customers will be notified directly by Automobili Lamborghini S.p.A. (see enclosed letter to customers).
This rework action must be also performed on all vehicles in your stock.
