Information to the field
As a continuous product monitoring, Automobili Lamborghini Spa has found that on some vehicles the screw which secures the pipe that connects engine cooler to engine block (P/N 470115657B) has an incorrect tolerance that might sporadically result in a slight seepage.
Field solution
Replace the old screw with one of a new type.
